Education Navigator
Overview
Education Navigator serves as an online trail-head to guide education leaders and school admins on their role-specific learning journey with Google for Education tools. It is designed for educators, faculty, admins, and education leaders at K-12 and higher education institutions to feel comfortable and confident using Google for Education tools (Google Workspace for Education, Chromebooks, Gemini for Education, and NotebookLM) by helping them easily find no-cost resources.
I wrote the project brief, designed the UX in partnership with our web team, received cross-functional (PR, marketing, sales) approval, developed an email nurture, and launched the site with a comprehensive at-launch and evergreen promotion strategy (including blog and social).
School IT admins and education leaders are faced with an overwhelming amount of resources and tasks when on-boarding a new education technology, including assigning licenses, enabling security features, and empowering educators and staff to use the technology. On top of the technical tasks, school leaders are responsible for addressing staff concerns regarding technology use in and beyond the classroom.
Google for Education has a plethora of resources designed to help admins and school leaders activate Gemini for their K-12 or higher education institution. This includes online trainings, ready to use AI prompts, printable PDFs, videos, and more. We created an easy way to direct education leaders to the right resource and answer.
